After losing my mother to a lengthy battle with Cancer. I decided life was too short to not do what you love. I had an epiphany one day that I was going to open a charcuterie catering business and call it "The Grazing Goat." And so I did just that! We offer a variety of charcuterie and grazing tables. Fully customizable and delivered right to your event.

I started this business to use excess local produce and show people what can be made from it. I make small batch preserves with organic ingredients and low sugar. I am always happy to share my knowledge so others can enjoy the feeling of being self sufficient and providing for their family a healthier version of the commercial products in grocery stores. Once people have tried the lower sugar jams and relishes, they want more!

Not Your Momma's Bakery has been a vendor at the Kamloops Farmer's Winter and Summer Markets since February 2022. I started my business out of necessity, as my role in the hospitality sector came to an end. I needed to figure out my next steps and as a Journeyman Red Seal Cook, I knew I could rely on my past training to allow me to do what I love while I looked at my options. What I did not expect, was to love baking for the local farmers markets, and getting to know the place I live, in a new light!

Not Your Momma's provides well-known bakery products with unique flavour profiles. We offer something the other bakers do not, like Buttermilk English Muffins, Potato Buns, Naan, Country Bagels, Loaves & Pizza Shells. Our weekly market menu is varied and where possible, we try to incorporate fellow market vendor's items like fresh herbs and produce into our bakes!

We are known for our amazing customer service and product knowledge! We work with over 60 Kamloops and regional producers to bring you BC local produce and grocery items year round! The Hothi Family has a long history of farming in Kamloops. Much of our in-store produce is grown on the family’s own Heffley Farms, which has been operating for over 20 years!

The vision for Nu Leaf Produce Market came from Herman’s involvement with the family farm, and seeing the opportunity for a year-round market for locally grown produce that would support local farmers and provide local options to Kamloops families.

Kuzina Messer Culinaire teaches culinary cooking classes taught by our talented Red Seal Chef who has over 10 years of Culinary experience! Classes have a strong focus in teaching food sustainability & food literacy. Each class offering provides both a hands-on learning experience & Chef demonstrations. Kuzina Messer Culinaire's goal is to provide home chefs with the tips & tricks they need to feel more confident & adventurous in their kitchen. Our classes have a strong focus in teaching students new Cultural foods from different parts of the world that they may not know about!
