I’ve worked with clients of all demographics, male, female, ages from 12-70 and elite athletes to someone who’s never stepped foot in a gym before. I started this business to use excess local produce and show people what can be made from it. I make small batch preserves with organic ingredients and low sugar. I am always happy to share my knowledge so others can enjoy the feeling of being self sufficient and providing for their family a healthier version of the commercial products in grocery stores. Once people have tried the lower sugar jams and relishes, they want more!

The Hothi Family has a long history of farming in Kamloops. Much of our in-store produce is grown on the family’s own Heffley Farms, which has been operating for over 20 years!

The vision for Nu Leaf Produce Market came from Herman’s involvement with the family farm, and seeing the opportunity for a year-round market for locally grown produce that would support local farmers and provide local options to Kamloops families.

Our food is inspired in Mexican dishes with some flavour from Colombia and some other places around the world. You must try a big burrito with our pineapple/chipotle sauce.
